Tengah used to be Singapore’s last undeveloped greenfield site. Now it’s becoming one of the most anticipated new towns the government has ever built — a car-free, forest-integrated town with planned MRT connectivity and its own commercial hub.

TGR is located at Tengah Garden Walk, in Tengah Town. The showflat is situated opposite Le Quest mall — making it easy to spot and easy to reach from the Bukit Batok or Bukit Panjang direction.

In MRT terms, the project is positioned between the upcoming Tengah Park and Tengah Plantation stations on the Jurong Region Line (JRL). When fully operational, residents will have direct access to the JRL and connections to the North-South Line at Bukit Timah and the East-West Line at Boon Lay.

When the JRL Tengah stations open, residents at TGR will be able to:

• Bukit View Primary School — within the broader Bukit Batok/Tengah catchment
• New primary schools are planned as part of Tengah’s development under the HDB masterplan
• West Singapore has several established schools within a 5km radius, including Jurong Primary, Rulang Primary, and Lianhua Primary

For secondary schools and JCs, Jurong and Bukit Timah are both reachable by JRL.

Proximity to Major Employment Nodes

One question buyers always raise about West Singapore is commute time to the CBD. Fair point.

From Tengah, via the JRL:

• Jurong East: ~10 minutes
• Boon Lay (for EWL into city): ~15 minutes
